Todd Granato,
President

Todd has 30 years of industry experience across the U.S., with a keen understanding of the construction industry and a passion for building strong relationships with his clients and within the community he serves.

Todd leads the company’s strategy and operations, including client relationships, project management, field operations and support services. Todd began his career in operations, where he led projects from $1 million to more than $100 million. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida and he earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Well-known and respected in the Houston AEC community, he serves on the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Paint Horse Committee and is a member of the Katy Economic Development Council, Katy ISD Bond Committee, Houston ISD Foundation and the Texas Tech Advisory Board for Construction Engineering.

Francisco has more than 20 years of global commercial construction experience, including airports, stadiums, research centers, universities, theaters, congress centers, logistics centers, offices, tram and bus stations, data centers, manufacturing facilities, rehabilitation of protected buildings, hospitals, laboratories, senior housing, shopping malls, multifamily, hotels, wind farms and power plants. He has been instrumental in the procurement and development of about $4.2 billion in construction projects.

He is responsible for managing operations, strategic planning and excels in project management, risk analysis, quality control management to ensure successful project completion. Francisco started his career as an Architect, focused on urban planning and real estate development that gives him a deep understanding of the entire commercial real estate development lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and renovation.

Francisco has an degree in Architecture from the University of Madrid, as well as a Master degree in Territorial Policy and Urban Planning from University Carlos III of Madrid. He also completed the ESADE Business School’s Global Management Program and Strategic Management Program.

Tom Zavesky,
Business Development

Tom has 15 years of construction experience and is responsible for strategic planning and pre-construction services. He has broad expertise in managing projects, as well as real estate development and evaluation. Tom’s construction experience is in corporate interiors, hospitality, retail centers, healthcare facilities and complex renovation projects.

Mitchell Davis, Project Executive

Mitchell has 30 years of experience with expertise in medical, office and retail construction. He is responsible for overall construction management. Management role includes: LEED accreditation, client relations, cost control, estimating, value engineering, systems analysis, quality control, project coordination, safety, expediting, negotiations, purchasing and scheduling.

Joel has 18 years of construction industry experience – including 12 years with Webber – with expertise in education facilities, multi-family housing and industrial construction. He is responsible for leading and managing teams throughout the construction process, including resource allocation, project accounting and controls, technical direction and quality standard control.

Robert has experience with a wide range of projects, including hospitality, industrial, office buildings, healthcare, retail, educational facilities and high-rise structures.

Brandon has expertise managing law enforcement facilities and school construction projects.

Miguel has 16 years of global construction support experience with Webber. He is responsible for cost controls, accounting, supplier and clients relations, certifications and contractual documentation. Miguel has a deep knowledge of project management tools and drives project budget control with the closeout plan in mind.
